Quality management policy

Since 2013, our quality management policy
for complete Customer satisfaction

In order to best meet the needs and expectations of the customer, AS Mechanical Technology s.r.l. maintains and improves a Quality Management System, as a method for achieving complete customer satisfaction.

Our customers require:
- compliance of the product with the agreed specifications, including any quality control specifications
- compliance with agreed delivery times
- collaboration in the definition of production solutions

To meet the aforementioned needs, AS Mechanical Technology s.r.l. pursues the following achievements:
- establish and maintain the company Quality System
- define and measure targets for the Quality System
- maintain continuous update of their equipment and measuring instruments
- take care of the development of its human resources, through staff training
and involvement in all activities related to quality
- actively collaborate with customers in order to improve the products and processes
- measure the achievement of the quality targets by means of specific indices
- achieve, maintain and improve the quality of the product that meets the customer's needs
- no compromises regarding worker safety
- fulfill legal obligations while respecting the environment

Management undertakes the mission to make available the resources necessary to implement all of the above. Our policy must be followed by all employees.

We use only the best suited materials to the project specifications. Quality certificates of all supplied products and materials are mandatory for all our suppliers.

We continuosly carry out inspections on the supplied products and materials in compliance with ISO standards in a metrology room equipped with high precision three-dimensional measurement instruments, so our customers can depend on thorough quality control procedures.

The production departments are managed by a centralized computer system which, through terminals connected to each machine, makes use of three-dimensional measuring instruments to constantly monitor all productions and processes in real time.

All employees strictly follow all the certified internal quality management procedures.

Quality Certifications

The incoming material is always inspected and marked with certificates and identification tags of origin in order to continuously track the items made with it.

Quality is not only limited to perfect compliance with the designs' dimension and tolerance parameters, but concerns the entire management process, from confirmation and receipt of the order to compliance with lead time and delivery dates agreed upon with the customer.
