AS Mechanical Technology S.r.l., with the aim of best meeting the needs and expectations of its customers, is committed to maintaining and improving its Quality Management System as a method for achieving customer satisfaction.

Material Selection and Supplier Certification
Only the most suitable materials for the project specifications are used. We require all suppliers to provide certificates for each material. We always conduct checks on supplied products in compliance with ISO standards in our metrology room, which is equipped with three-dimensional control devices.
Production Control and Monitoring
Our production departments are managed by a centralized IT system, which, via terminals connected to each machine tool, uses three-dimensional measuring instruments to continuously monitor the various production processes in real-time. All personnel follow the internal procedures for quality management.
Quality Certifications
Incoming materials are checked upon acceptance, and we attach certificates and an identification tag, allowing us to always trace the produced items.
The quality of our products is not limited to the perfect compliance with the measurements and tolerances indicated in the design phase but extends to the entire process management, from order receipt to adherence to the delivery dates agreed upon with the customer.
